Reader's Club

Reading being a powerful learning experience is the key to children’s early success. With a motive to enhance the reading skills, their vocabulary and to revive the diminishing interest among the students we have organized the Readers club. It imparts reading as a recreational activity and not to thrust informations on them.

The school provides a full fledged air conditioned library with more than 7000 valuable books and magazines on various subjects to suit the students’ interest. This facilitates the child with rich opportunities to develop their understanding, increase the fluency and thereby build in motivation. Followed by their reading, discussions are also conducted which encourage listeners to construct more than literal meaning, connect ideas within and beyond the text, use their background knowledge, and ponder sophisticated words from the text.
