13th Annual Day-2019

The 13th Annual Day and Prize giving ceremony of SYNA International School was celebrated on Wednesday, 23rd of October 2019. Mr. Raghunath Mukherjee, a renowned educationist from Raipur was the Chief Guest of the function. Chairperson Dr. Nidhi Pathak, MLA Mr. Sanjay Satyendra Pathak, MD SYNA Group Varun Gautam, the members of management committee, invited guests and a large gathering of parents were present on this occasion. The function began with the lighting of lamp and a floral homage to Shri Satyendra Pathakji. In the much awaited section of prize giving ceremony Ruby House received the award for the best house in both academics and the co-curricular categories in senior and junior sections whereas the best house in Sports in the junior category was bagged by Emerald house and in senior category it was claimed by Topaz house. The Principal’s Medal for the best student in academics in the senior category was awarded to Sanskriti Agrawal from Commerce section and Kishan Kashyap from Science section. Principal’s Medal for the best student in academics junior category was received by Anugya Gugaliya. Chairperson’s Medal for the best student in Sports in senior category was awarded to Arpit Singh and in the junior category to Vanshika Bajpai. Late Pt. Vishambhar Prasad Memorial Award for the Achiever of the Year was awarded to Shivi Shukla and Late Smt. Shanti Devi Memorial Award for the Achiever of the Year was given to Shri Krishna Patel. Harsh Mishra, Shivi Shukla and Pavnoor Kaur Khurana were awarded with a special prize for outstanding performance in CBSE Board examination 2018-19 session. The seventh edition of the year book ‘SYNAPSE’, the annual magazine, was unveiled by the Chief Guest and the other dignitaries on this occasion. This year the unveiling was done electronically by remote model prepared by the Robotic Club member Om Soni of class VIII.The theme of this year’s annual day was ‘Rishtey-Harmony of Emotions’. The cultural show presented the enactment of a comprehensive play ‘Rishtey’ which included drama, songs and dances. The play portrayed a struggle between traditions & modernity in the quest of contentment. It presented a joint family, where the daughters-in-law brought up in different cultures wanted to groom their children in their own manner ignoring the values of culture and customs of the country. As many as 260 students from pre-primary, primary, middle and high school got an opportunity to perform on the stage through this play.In her welcome speech the Chairperson Mrs. Nidhi Pathak said that the SYNA students are not only groomed to realize warmth in human relations but are also sensitized towards the environment and conservation of natural resources. The school provides their children with an opportunity to experience the best learning which goes along with them throughout their lives. She dedicated her “Black Swan” award to her family and SYNA students.
The Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma tabled the Annual Report for the 9th year successively. Addressing the gathering he said that education is the passport to the future and tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. He also pointed out that education without values makes man only a clever devil and hence education must encourage the development of mature moral values as only deep moral values and strong social institutions can restrain the darker impulses of human nature.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion the Chief Guest appreciated the endeavours taken up by the school in nurturing the young students. He laid emphasis on the importance of Social Quotient and Emotional Quotient. He shared that the children are far more capable than we can ever imagine, they only require a proper guidance and encouragement.
The programme was concluded with vote of thanks proposed by the Head boy Angadjit Singh and the Head Girl Sanskriti Agrawal followed by the singing of National Anthem. The guests, parents and students thoroughly enjoyed the program and left with fond memories after the dinner.

12th Annual Day-2018

The 12th Annual Day and prize distribution ceremony was celebrated on Saturday 3rd November, 2018. It was dedicated to the theme ‘Celebrating Humanity’. The entire cultural show was centered on a story where a man who committed suicide because of struggles he was facing in his life.A special bilingual drama was showcased where songs dances perfectly blended in it. The chief guest of the function was Mr. Vishal Jain, A young educator and various national award winner, Director, Shantiniketan Vidyapeeth, Merrut, Chief Editor and CEO, School of Educators,Managing Director,LEOCHC Pvt. Ltd.Consultant and advisor of various schools and expert on ‘Multiple Intelligence’ and other school management related skills.In the welcome speech Chairperson, Dr. Nidhi Pathak said the school is like a family where the students learn,grow, mature and shape up as ‘well rounded personalities” which is ultimately the real goal and the real vision of Syna.She also announced the upcoming venture of SYNA Group , a new day school which will start functioning from session 2019-20.Principal, Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma tabled the annual report and announced the names of achievers in the various fields for session 2017-18.The function began with the lighting of the lamp and a floral homage to Satyendra Pathak.Prize giving ceremony began with EMERALD and RUBY Houses receiving the Best House in Academics in Senior and Junior respectively.Best House in sports category won by EMERALD and TOPAZ house respectively in Junior and Senior Category.Principals Medal in senior category won by Harsh Mishra(94.8%) of XII science and Shivi Shukla (90.9%) of XII Commerce.Medal for Junior category bagged by Ishita Bajaj. Chairperson medal for achiever in sports won by Shri Krishna Patel and Anshul Bagri in Senior and Junior category respectively.Late Pandit Vishwambhar Prasad Memorial award for the achiever of the year awarded to Shahil Dixit and Smt Shanti Devi Memorial award given to Shruti Agrawal.The sixth issue of Annual Magazine ‘SYNAPSE’ was also released on the grand fucntion. The annual function began with the Invocation of Lord Krishna through a dance performance  by Middle and High school girls.Hindi Choir presented a soulful ‘Prarthna’ and a ‘Qawalli’ creating a unique musical harmony.Western Music department presented a classical song ‘I have a dream’ by the choir with Drummers and Guitarists.In Indian Classical Dance ‘Bharatnatyam’ appreciated by the gathering where energetic Rajsthani Folk song and UV dance was the much enjoyed Items of the cultural show.

11th Annual Day-2017

The 11th Annual Day and prize distribution ceremony was celebrated on Thursday 13th Octber, 2017 with lot of joy and show. The chief guest of the evening was an eminent personality in the medical field Dr. Sanjay Kolte,Urologist and 1st kidney transplant surgeon in the Nagpur Region. Special Guest Mr. Sanjay Satyendra Pathak(state Minister, M.P.) along with chairperson Ms. Nidhi Pathak and The Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma lighted the lamp at the beginning of the function. The function was marked with School song , Orchestra -Fusion , Hindi Dance Drama and various western dances designed by popular choreographer Mr. Rahul Dixit and Folk dance formats with Human Beat Boxing. Prizes and awards were given out to both primary and secondary students on the basis of their achievements on sports, academics and co-curricular activities. Students who won medals and prizes at the international and national level were honored by the School management. The Chairperson and the Principal welcomed all the guests present as well as shared the vision for the growth of the school.

10th Annual Day-2016

The 10th Annual Day and prize distribution ceremony was celebrated on Sunday 26th Octber, 2016 with lot of joy and show. The chief guest of the evening was distinguished Maj.Gen.(retd.) Yash Narayan Sharma,Vice President Kohinoor Group,Special Guest Mr. Sanjay Satyendra Pathak(state Minister, M.P.) along with chairperson Ms. Nidhi Pathak and The Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma lighted the lamp at the beginning of the function. The function was marked with School song , Orchestra -Fusion , Hindi Dance Drama and various western dances designed by popular choreographer f and Folk dance formats with Kabbali. Prizes and awards were given out to both primary and secondary students on the basis of their achievements on sports, academics and co-curricular activities. Students who won medals and prizes at the international and national level were honored by the School management. The Chairperson and the Principal welcomed all the guests present as well as shared the vision for the growth of the school.
