A Three Day Robotic workshop at Syna International School
A three day robotic workshop was organised in the school’s newly inaugurated Atal Tinkering Robotic Lab from 19th to 21st of July, 2018, where the faculty of Science and Mathematics along with the students of Grade XI got an opportunity to learn about Robo-techonlogy. Rohit Pendharkar, trainer AVM InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. from Indore detailed about the hardware of robotics on the first day of training, where the students ended up preparing their own Robo-Crane using different censors. The second day started with a detailed study about the Robotic software. It was an interactive session where the students satisfied their queries and learned how to make a Line follower and Table follower. The third day started with the introduction of electronic tools including 3D printers. It was a stupendous experience for the trainees to print 3D objects like a sports whistle and the edict of lord Ganesha. Raspberry Pi, Aerospace Kit, Telescope Biometric Kit and Drone were some of the astonishing equipments explored during the session.
Talking about robotics, the Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma shared his vision of making available the latest technological skills to the young learners and thereby ensuring to keep pace with the latest trends in education.
