In pursuit of ongoing professional development and educational excellence, two inter-departmental workshops were conducted between the 16th and 18th of June 2025. The Computer Department led a comprehensive training on the upgradation and enhanced use of MS Office and Artificial Intelligence tools. on the last day of training session the English Department facilitated a targeted session on Communication Skills to support effective interaction among school staff and improve the overall academic environment. The Physical education department join the hands with a very interesting game session on 18.06.2025. The workshops proved to be highly beneficial and timely, equipping the faculty and administrative team with vital digital and interpersonal skills. These upskilling efforts not only fostered personal growth but also aligned with the institution’s vision for digital integration and holistic staff development.

Upgradation and enhancing teacher quality is a key element in improving school education and promoting students’ development. A training programme on ‘soft skills’ was organized in Syna International School, Katni from 14th of June 2018 to 17th of June 2018 which was attended by the educators enthusiastically. The resource person for the programme was Arasu Shanmugasundaram M. Phil ¬(Psy.), PGDPC, PGDGC from Chennai, who talked about new techniques of teaching methodology, reflective teaching, action research, stress management and mind programming. Mr. Shanmugasundaram took effective mind training sessions where he helped the educators to learn how to train minds of students for the achievement of success and better results. It was a three day session including classroom management, effective teaching, and stress management. It was not only a golden opportunity for the educators but also for the students and their parents as the school made available the free of charge counseling sessions for them as well. Principal, Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma presented a memento and souvenir of the school to the trainer. Appreciating the quality of training, Dr. Sharma said that Mr. Arsu Shanmugasundaram played an instrumental role in conditioning the mind of educators which in turn will definitely reflect on the learning of students.
