SYNA International School celebrated 13th Annual Athletic Meet. The spectacular combination of sporting beauty blended with healthy competitive energy ruled the atmosphere of the energetic Sports Day. It was a day full of fun and frolic where students brimming with enthusiasm assembled in their respective House arenas.
School playground was filled with great zeal and excitement. School band welcomed the chief guest Lt Col Jitendra Sharma, Commanding Officer,4 Independent Company, NCC Katni; Guest of Honour Dr Nidhi Pathak Chairperson SYNA International School, MD SYNA Group Varun Gautam, Vice Chairman of SYNA Group Yash Pathak, Management Representative Rishi Arora, Dr C Rajesh Kumar,Principal SYNA International College of Management Studies and other dignitaries Chief guest Col Jitendra Sharma presenting award to Best Performing House in 13th Annual Athletic Meet of SYNA Intemational School. accompanied by the Principal, Dr Aditya Kumar Sharma and escorted by Coordinators Mr. Kamal Sarecha, Dr Lokesh Dubey and Ms. Reet Monga. After unfurling the school flag by chief guest, Sports Captain Abhijoy Kachhap went round the track along with Sports Vice Captain Tulsi Patel carrying Olympic torch
towards the cauldron to light SYNA flame in the arena that was kept lit till the end of the event. Annual Athletic Meet started with an impressive march past by four houses displaying order and uniformity
with precision andperfect synchronisation. Colourful performances of junior school included lemon balancing, bucket and fruits, sack race etc. Various academic and athletic prizes were given to individuals and four Houses. Best Athlete prize in Group A was bagged by Abhijoy Kachhap and Tulsi Patel, while in Group B by Vijay Ahinvar and Aashika Jasmine Lal and in Group C by Nikhil Kumar and Shanvi Yadav.
Hardik Kukreja was honoured by Principal Medal for Best and Head Boy Rajeev Ratan Gautam in Senior Section. Chairperson’s Medal for Best Studentin Sports (Primary) was presented to Dev Vardhan Singh Bundela and the same to Abhijoy Kachhap in Senior Category.
Kamakshi Singh and Shubh Agrawal were given special prizes for their outstanding performances in CBSE Board Examination 2021-22. Topaz House received Trophy for Overall Best House, Emerald was declared as the Best House in Sports in Senior Group and Sapphire in Junior Group whereas Ruby House got the award for Best House in Academics. Chief guest Col Jitendra Sharma congratulated participants for their outstanding performances in Athletic Meet. Chairperson Dr Nidhi Pathak presented a memento to chief guest followed by closing ceremony of the event marked by stunning performance of students in Torch Light PT. Sparkling and successful function concluded with a vote of thanks by Senior Coordinator Kamal Sarecha.
SYNA International School celebrated its 12th Annual Athletic Meet on 21st December 2019. The sports extravaganza started with great pomp and show and mesmerized everyone. It was a day full of fun and frolic and the students assembled in their respective House tents were brimming with enthusiasm. The decorated school playground looked stunning.
The school band played CPU double beat to welcome the dignitaries. The chief guest Dr. Nidhi Pathak Chairperson Syna International School and the guest of honor Smt. Nirmala Satyendra Pathak, Secertary S.N. Education Society, Smt. Uma Mishra & and Smt. Neelima Bajpaye members of management committee were accompanied by the Principal, Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma and escorted by four battalion NCC cadets. After unfurling of the school flag by the Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma, Sanskar Singh (Sports Captain) carried the Olympic torch round the track and moved towards the cauldron to light the Syna flame in the arena that was kept lit till the end of the event. The Athletic Meet started with an impressive march past by the athletes of the four houses displaying order and uniformity with precision and perfect synchronization. The exuberant performance of SYNA Kids and the junior school students included Yoga display, fun race in Santa attire, shoe box race, balancing the balloon, etc. The students of primary wing displayed a spectacular PT representing the optimism that the sun brings every morning, the middle school students sports dance and stunts, and middle and senior girls performed zumba and aerobics, one of the most exciting and vibrant acts was the gymnastics display by the middle and senior boys. The students cheered their house participants and spurred them to stretch beyond their best. The awarding of medals and prizes was held after the conclusion of each presentation.
The hard work and the creativity of the students and teachers were much appreciated by the Chief Guest Dr. Nidhi Pathak. In her words of wisdom she advised the students to play outdoor games and come out from the virtual world of social media. The toil and perseverance of the athletes were recognised at the prize distribution ceremony where the best athlete in boys category Division- A, B, C,D were bagged by Akhand Pratap Singh, Himanshu Singh, Raushan Raj and Jagjot Singh respectively. The best athlete in girls category for Division A,B,C,D were Nishi Singh Baghel, Archi Tamrakar, Aashika Jasmine Lal and Anushka Gupta respectively. Emerald House bagged the trophies for the best house in athletics division A & D whereas Topaz House won division B & C. Topaz House was adjudged as the best house in March past. Emerald held the trophy for overall runner’s up and Topaz house became the proud recipient of the trophy for Overall Championship of 12th Annual Athletic Meet 2019.To intensify the fun and frolic of the day the school also organized ‘Balance the ball’ short race for the parents followed by the dazzling ‘Torch light display’ by the students. The splendid and successful function concluded with the vote of thanks by the middle school coordinator Dr. Lokesh Dubey. The Principal Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma applauded the effort of the students and the teachers for making the event a huge success.
On 24th October, The school celebrated 11th Annual Athletics Meet 2018.The sports extravaganza started with great pomp and show and mesmerised everyone .It was a day full of fun and frolic where the students were brimming with enthusiasm and assembled in their respective house arenas. The school playground was filled with great zeal and excitement.The meet declared open by chief guest Mr. Vinod Munghate,General Manager, Ordinance Factory. KATNI with other dignitaries Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma,Principal, Dr. Mrs. Nidhi Pathak, Chairperson and Mr. C. Rajesh Kumar, Principal Syna International College of Management Studies.The meet started with an impressive marchpast by the four houses,EMERALD, RUBY, SAPPHIRE and TOPAZ. The colourful performance of the junior school and exciting events of middle and senior school grabbed attraction of the audience.The function concluded with the medals and Trophy distribution to the winners.
