Dr. Aditya Kumar Sharma is a 5^th generation devoted educationist. Children are the highlight of his entire objective in work. He sincerely believes that real education lies far ahead of books.

He received his education at premier institutions like St. George’s High School and Dayalbagh Educational Institute in Agra. He did his Masters in Physics from St. John’s College Agra and Doctorate in Physics from Agra University. He has 5 research papers to his credit published in UK and German Journals.  He is also qualified in Strategic Leadership and Management from IIM Ahmedabad. His special interests are in Computers, Electronics and Community Service.He has been awarded D.Litt by University of Asia in the year 2018.

He has devoted over three decades to the field of education. During this time he worked and gained rich experience in institutions like The Scindia School as HOD Physics, House Master of Senior Students, in charge of Round Square and community Service.

His career in teaching has afforded him an array of proficiency. Dr. Sharma has prolifically accomplished his role as administrator of various prominent schools in the country like the Doon School, Daly College, Lawrence School and overseas in Gordonstoun School, Scotland, Box Hill School, Surrey, Athenian School in Los Angeles, California.  He has worked with families of diverse economic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds as a part of the Round Square projects.

He has attended various workshops and training sessions conducted by CBSE, NCERT and ICSE. Dr. Sharma holds the distinction of initiating the importance of Computers in Class room teaching in 1983 under the CAI and CAL programmes.

Dr. Sharma has been felicitated with various awards like Best Principal award, Leadership award, GLF Green Ambassador, Rotary Club Award, President of India teachers’ award by Ministry of HRD.
