  • The School is not responsible for delays, failures, or technical issues arising from the payment gateway, internet connectivity, or banking systems.

  3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a fee is paid, cancellation of payment is generally not permitted.

  • Requests for cancellation of admission or withdrawal from the School must be made in writing to the School Administration.

  • In case a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, refund eligibility will be determined as per the School’s admission and finance policies.

  4. Refund Policy

  Refunds are subject to approval and shall be processed only under genuine circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical error.

  • Payment deducted but not confirmed in School records.

  • Cancellation of admission before session start (if applicable as per policy).

  No refund will be granted for any partial month/term after commencement of classes or for disciplinary expulsion.

  If the payment is deducted from the user’s account but not reflected in the School records, users must contact the School office with transaction details, payment proof, and registered student details. After verification with the payment gateway or bank, corrective action will be initiated.

  7. Disputes and Chargebacks

  Users are advised to contact the School directly for any payment-related grievances before initiating chargebacks with banks or card issuers. The School reserves the right to contest or reject unjustified chargebacks.
