This Policy applies to all online payments made through the School’s official website or authorised payment gateways for the purpose of:
Admission fees
Tuition fees
Transport or activity fees
Other academic or non-academic charges
All payments made to the School are treated as final and non-transferable.
Fees may be paid online through authorised payment gateways integrated with the School’s website.
The School is not responsible for delays, failures, or technical issues arising from the payment gateway, internet connectivity, or banking systems.
Once a fee is paid, cancellation of payment is generally not permitted.
Requests for cancellation of admission or withdrawal from the School must be made in writing to the School Administration.
In case a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, refund eligibility will be determined as per the School’s admission and finance policies.
Refunds are subject to approval and shall be processed only under genuine circumstances such as:
Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical error.
Payment deducted but not confirmed in School records.
Cancellation of admission before session start (if applicable as per policy).
Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10–15 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
No refund will be granted for any partial month/term after commencement of classes or for disciplinary expulsion.
Registration or admission form fees.
Entrance test or evaluation fees.
Any administrative or processing charges once paid.
If the payment is deducted from the user’s account but not reflected in the School records, users must contact the School office with transaction details, payment proof, and registered student details. After verification with the payment gateway or bank, corrective action will be initiated.
Users are advised to contact the School directly for any payment-related grievances before initiating chargebacks with banks or card issuers. The School reserves the right to contest or reject unjustified chargebacks.
The School reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
