प्रिय माता-पिता,
आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि स्कूल, यूनिफॉर्म स्टोर, कैंटीन और स्कूल की अन्य निर्धारित सुविधाओं पर छात्रों द्वारा की जाने वाली खरीदारी के लिए एक डिजिटल पेमेंट सिस्टम शुरू कर रहा है।
छात्रों को उनके स्कूल ID कार्ड पर एक यूनिक बारकोड दिया गया है, जिसका इस्तेमाल कैशलेस ट्रांज़ैक्शन (बिना नकद लेन-देन) के लिए किया जाएगा।
छात्रों को आसानी और सुविधा हो, इसके लिए माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने बच्चे के डिजिटल वॉलेट में कम से कम ₹5,000/- का बैलेंस बनाए रखें। ज़रूरी राशि स्कूल अकाउंट्स ऑफिस में जमा की जा सकती है, जिसे संबंधित छात्र के वॉलेट में क्रेडिट कर दिया जाएगा।
माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि छात्र के वॉलेट में पर्याप्त बैलेंस हो ताकि बिना किसी परेशानी के खरीदारी की जा सके।

Subject: Digital Payment Facility for Student Purchases
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the School is introducing a digital payment system for all purchases made by students at the Uniform Store, Canteen, and other designated school facilities.
Students have been provided with a unique barcode on their School ID Cards, which will be used to facilitate cashless transactions.
To ensure a smooth and convenient experience for students, parents are requested to maintain a minimum balance of ₹5,000/- in their child’s digital wallet. The required amount may be deposited with the School Accounts Office, which will be credited to the respective student’s wallet.
Parents are requested to ensure that sufficient balance is maintained in the student’s wallet so that purchases can be made without any inconvenience.
